Studio Policy

As an accredited Suzuki piano teacher, it is compulsory for students learning in this studio to join the Suzuki Association NSW.

Membership allows your child to have access to workshops, recitals, and the Suzuki Graduation concerts which take place at the Sydney Opera House each year.

Tuition Fees
Lessons are billed according to the NSW school term and are payable in advance. Fees are due at the start of each term which will secure your child's lesson time for the term. You may pay via bank transfer or cash.

School holiday lessons are offered separately and are not payable in advance.

Cancellations
Lesson cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. If such notice is not given, a make-up lesson can not be arranged. Make-up lessons are subject to teacher availability and should be arranged during the school term.

Withdrawal from lessons
1 month notice must be given if you wish to withdraw your child from piano lessons. If such notice is not given, lessons can not be refunded.

Late arrival
Please ensure you and your child arrive on time to piano lessons. If lateness occurs, the lesson will finish at the scheduled time.

Lesson Observation
Observation of lessons is an important part of Suzuki learning. You are welcome to arrive 5 minutes early to see the student before you play. Please keep quiet when observing another child's piano lesson.

Hygiene
Please make sure your child has thoroughly washed their hands before and after their piano lesson.
